Women with polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) are prone to pregnancy complications, including gestational diabetes, gestational hypertension, preeclampsia, and spontaneous abortion. However, biomarkers and therapeutic drugs in predicting pregnancy complications in PCOS patients are limited.
