Strategic approaches to minimizing the negative impact of economic crime on the sustainable development of the national economy

The discourse on strategic approaches to neutralizing the destructive impact of economic crime on the paradigm of sustainable development of the national economy integrates a multifactor analysis of socio-economic and legal determinants. Convergent models of adaptive management are examined, combining methods of proactive prevention of criminogenic phenomena with mechanisms for institutional strengthening of macroeconomic architecture. The comprehensiveness of the approach is driven by the necessity to account for transformative processes in the global and local economic environment.Analytical frameworks are explicated to evaluate the latent aspects of the shadow economy's influence on macrofinancial indicators and the long-term stability of the economic system. The article theorizes the concept of strategic performance management in combating economic crime, based on a synergistic approach to forming institutional coordination. It is demonstrated that key aspects include the integration of analytical monitoring tools, the development of preventive mechanisms, and the creation of multi-vector scenarios for adapting economic actors to conditions of high criminogenic turbulence.Particular attention is paid to modeling institutional interactions aimed at achieving a cumulative effect in the fight against economic crime. Emphasis is placed on the importance of establishing integrative information-analytical platforms that ensure operational interaction among various regulatory entities. Additionally, the role of axiological and normative-legal foundations in forming legal consciousness as a fundamental element in countering economic crime is explored. The conclusion justifies the expediency of synthesizing innovative technologies and a systemic approach to managing economicresilience. Prospects for the development of the national economy are identified through the lens of neutralizing structural challenges generated by economic crime. The construction of long-term anticriminogenic strategies is proposed, considering the multidimensionality of socio-economic dynamics.s
