Flexible resource planning method for extremely high proportional renewable energy systems considering multi temporal coupling
In the context of the global climate crisis, China has put forward the goal of "carbon peak 2030 and carbon neutrality 2060". In view of the challenge of flexibility brought by the very high proportion of renewable energy grid connection to the power system, this paper analyzes the influence of wind power and photovoltaic on the system stability, introduces the short-time energy storage and P2G technology, and proposes a flexible resource planning method based on multi-time series coupling. The optimization of the power system is carried out through the allocation of energy storage, and the validity of the model is verified through the analysis of a power grid in Northeast China. It is found that the rational allocation of energy storage can improve the economy and stability of the system.
