Distance Protection Configuration of Distribution Network with Distributed Power Supply Based On Delay
The traditional medium and low voltage distribution network is connected to distributed power sources, which greatly increases the difficulty of protection configuration, This article proposes a delay based distance protection configuration for distributed power distribution networks, aiming to ensure that the protection can still operate correctly even after the photovoltaic is connected to the power system. Configure load branch distance protection and photovoltaic branch power direction protection; Install delay distance protection at the main and backup protection points of the photovoltaic outlet. By analyzing the impact of photovoltaics on distance protection, the principle and feasibility of delay configuration delay distance protection were studied. And different faults were set at different locations inside and outside the area, and the impact of adding load branches to the line on the delayed distance protection was analyzed, proving the correctness of the delayed distance protection configuration.
