Resilient Power Grid Planning Based on Security and Economic Coordination
In recent years, the frequency of natural disasters such as typhoons has increased, posing significant challenges to the reliable supply of electricity systems. To enhance system resilience under disaster weather conditions, a resilient transmission network planning model based on the coordination of safety and economic factors has been developed. According to the three-layer min-max-min model for transmission network planning, the top layer objective function aims to minimize investment and operating costs. The middle layer objective function focuses on maximizing the minimum operating cost. Once the optimal line planning scheme is determined in the top layer, the aim is to find wind power output and N-k fault scenarios that maximize the minimum operating cost under this scheme. The bottom layer objective function aims to minimize operating costs under the optimal line planning from the top layer and the worst-case wind power output and N-k scenarios from the middle layer. Finally, the effectiveness of the proposed method is validated through a case study of a specific power grid.
