Analysis of Electric Field Transfer Characteristics Enhancement of Graphene Improved Sensing Materials for Partial Discharge Sensors
With the development of new electricity systems for the continuous improvement of equipment safety and reliability requirements, partial discharge as a key indicator for assessing the insulation status of power equipment, the performance of its sensor is increasingly becoming a research hotspot. Although significant progress has been made in the existing partial discharge detection technology, there is still a gap in the improvement of traditional partial discharge sensor materials. This research focuses on improving the performance of partial discharge sensors, and proposes a graphene-based improvement of partial discharge sensors with sensing materials to improve the analysis of electric field transmission efficiency. The method enhances the ability to capture weak discharge signals by optimizing the sensor sensing material, and analyzes the collected signals in combination with electromagnetic simulation. The simulation results show that the introduction of the new material can significantly improve the transmission efficiency of partial discharge sensors. At the same time, the material has a different adaptability and scalability for the enhancement of the traditional metal materials, which can adapt to the monitoring needs of different types of power equipment. In this way can provide new ideas for improving equipment insulation monitoring capabilities.
