Comprehensive Performance Evaluation of Multi-energy Complementary Systems with Large-Scale Renewable Energy Access
Under the general trend of global low-carbon development, building a multi-energy complementary system with large-scale new energy access is an effective way to achieve a new strategy of energy security. Through the comprehensive performance evaluation, the comprehensive development level can be effectively grasped, and the guidance and suggestions for its planning and development can be provided. Firstly, based on the conceptual mechanism of multi-energy complementarity, the framework of multi-energy complementary system with large-scale new energy access is constructed, and based on the conceptual connotation of comprehensive performance evaluation, the coupling optimization and coordination interaction of economic, environmental and energy factors within the system are fully considered, and a comprehensive performance evaluation index system covering energy performance, environmental performance and economic performance is constructed. Then, based on the traditional TOPSIS method, the process and basic framework of comprehensive evaluation are established, and in order to solve the problems of single index weight and small discrimination of index data, an improved TOPSIS comprehensive evaluation method to improve the credibility of evaluation results is proposed. Finally, a case study is carried out in a demonstration park of multi-energy complementary system in Anhui Province to verify the effectiveness and rationality of the method proposed in this paper.
