Smart Energy Storage Virtual Ideal Power Source for Transformer Sudden Short-circuit Test
With the continuous development of the socio-economic landscape, the electricity consumption of China's power grid has been steadily increasing, drawing widespread attention to the development of the energy internet. In response, China has sequentially introduced relevant policies to encourage and guide the construction of the energy internet. However, the quality of transformers has been inconsistent. Particularly under the conditions of annually increasing energy network loads, the frequent failures caused by the inadequate short-circuit capacity of transformers have become a pressing issue. This paper introduces a virtual internal resistance ideal power source employing an energy storage scheme. Based on this virtual ideal power source, the paper refines the sudden short-circuit test scheme for transformers and has conducted onsite sudden short-circuit experiments on distribution transformers.
