PMSM weightless modeling to predict direct speed control robustness improvement
Aiming at the traditional model predictive direct speed control (MPDSC) method for permanent magnet synchronous motors, there are the problems of complicated design of weight coefficients and large computation, as well as the reduction of control performance of the model predictive direct speed controller and the observation accuracy of the load torque observer due to the magnetic chain error. A weightless model-predictive direct speed control method based on the adaptive magnetic chain observer is proposed to design the adaptive magnetic chain observer, and the magnetic chain observed by the adaptive magnetic chain observer is fed back to the load torque observer and the model-predictive direct speed controller, which further improves the observation accuracy of the load torque observer and the robustness of the control system. Simulation results show that the proposed method can improve the dynamic response performance and steady-state accuracy of the control system and enhance the robustness of the system.
