Analysis and optimization of optical device packaging stress failure based on low temperature environment
This study analyzes the stress failure issues faced by optical device packaging in low-temperature environments and proposes corresponding optimization methods. Through the combination of numerical simulation, theoretical analysis, and experimental verification, the stress behavior and failure modes of optical device packaging materials were analyzed. The thermal distribution caused by temperature changes was discussed, and the impact of high and low-temperature cycles on packaging reliability was evaluated. The optimization solution combines material selection with structural design, proposing a stress relief technology suitable for low-temperature environments, which significantly enhances the temperature stress resistance of optical device packaging. The optimized packaging design can effectively reduce the failure rate and improve the reliability of optical devices in low-temperature environments, providing technical support and theoretical basis for the application of optoelectronic devices in harsh environments.
