A flexible pyro-phototronic nanogenerator based on the surface-polarization effect

An organic pyro-phototronic nanogenerator based on surface polarization effect is fabricated on a flexible substrate. Temporal response of the pyro-phototronic current and voltage reveal the effects of bending on the generation of charge carriers.
