A MODULAR APPROACH TO DEVELOPING A BALANCED FINANCIAL INCENTIVE SYSTEM FOR EMPLOYEES OF HIGH-TECH ENTERPRISES

The subject of the research is the financial incentive system for high-tech enterprise employees. The purpose of the study is to provide scientific and practical substantiation of the feasibility of the widespread use of a modular approach to developing a system of financial incentives in high-tech organizations and to develop the necessary methodological support for its application. The relevance of the study is due to the increasing role of high-tech enterprises in the Russian economy, as well as the growing role of the personnel incentive system in the financial and economic activities of the organization. The research methods are logical and structural analysis, grouping and classification, systematization, mathematical statistics, and modeling. The scientific novelty consists in the modular approach development to the financial incentive system for employees of high-tech organizations, which makes it possible to build a flexible incentive system adapted to changes in external and internal factors. The authors obtained the following results: the factors of the external and internal environment on the subsystems of financial incentives were identified and their classification was developed based on several logical foundations; It is proposed to use a modular approach to the formation of the system of financial incentives for labor, which allows building a balanced incentive system adapted to changes in external and internal factors. Within the framework of the approach, the concept of a "modular system of incentives for employees" is defined, a model of functioning of the modular system of financial incentives is developed; structural blocks of the modular system are defined and characterized; justification for the choice of standard modules is provided; a mechanism for coordinating modules that ensures the composition of the system, and special tools for interconnecting subsystems into a single system are proposed. The authors substantiate the conclusion about the need to apply this approach when forming a financial incentive system for employees at high-tech enterprises.
