Short-term and long-term high-fat diet promote metabolic disorder through reprogramming mRNA m6A in white adipose tissue by gut microbiota
Together, this study reveals a novel mechanism that S-HFD and L-HFD induce metabolism disorder through gut microbiota-HGA-m6A-Ehmt2-ERV/LINE signaling. These findings may provide a novel insight for prevention and treatment of metabolism disorder upon short-term or long-term dietary fat intake. Video Abstract.
