Co-occurrence of Mycosis Fungoides and Vogt-Koyanagi-Harada Disease: A Case Report
Mycosis fungoides (MF), a mature T-cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma, is the most common form of cutaneous T-cell lymphoma (CTCL). VKHD is a rare, granulomatous, autoimmune disease with multisystem involvement that primarily affects pigmented tissues, such as the eyes, inner ears, meninges, skin, and hair. To date, there is no known relationship between VHKD and lymphoma of any type. We present a case involving the potential co-occurrence of MF and Vogt–Koyanagi–Harada Disease (VKHD).
