Opinion: How to double down on DEI at your institution

I recently had a conversation with a leader at a large public institution about their institutional response to the anti‐DEI mandates the presidential administration has implemented. Many institution leaders are worried about a loss of federal funding, and they’re scrambling to balance their commitments to inclusion with the priorities of the federal government.
