Stress-induced disorders in applicants to the Defenders of the Fatherland Foundation in the Altai Region
This paper presents the results of routing monitoring and identification of neurotic symptoms in individuals who contacted the Defenders of the Fatherland Foundation in a situation of a special military operation. An analysis of screening studies was carried out and the severity of depressive and anxiety disorders was determined according to the results of the psychometric scales: Hads Anxiety and Depression Scale (HADS), PTSD Screening (TSQ) and the Suicidal Severity Scale (C-SSRS) at the stages preceding the provision of specialized medical care in the «psychiatry». The study involved 412 citizens aged 18 to 69 years in 2023–2024 who applied to the Defenders of the Fatherland State Fund and associated the deterioration of their mental state with awareness of the current situation of the special military operation. The main psychopathological symptoms are identified. An assessment is made of the clinical and diagnostic structure of patients who sought help in specialized institutions.
