A UTILIZAÇÃO DA LINGUAGEM ESCRITA EM OFÍCIOS NOS AMBIENTES ADMINISTRATIVOS
This work investigates the use of written language in letters in administrative environments, analyzing its relevance for organizational communication and the challenges faced in its production. The central objective of the research was to understand how written language impacts the clarity, formality and standardization of administrative tasks, contributing to the efficiency of institutional processes. The methodology adopted included a qualitative approach, with bibliographical research and documentary analysis of administrative documents from different institutions. The results indicate that the lack of standardization, the lack of professional training and the difficulties in adapting to new technologies compromise the effectiveness of these documents. The need for a balance between formality and accessibility emerges as a crucial factor for improving written communication in these contexts. It is concluded that continuous training and modernization of writing practices are fundamental to optimizing the production of administrative offices, ensuring greater clarity and efficiency in organizational communication.
