THE IMPACT OF MIGRATION PROCESSES ON THE SOCIO-ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT OF THE REGIONS OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION
This article reveals the essence and significance of such an important economic phenomenon as “migration”. Undoubtedly, the chosen topic of our research is very relevant for the modern economic system of the twenty-first century. After all, many migration processes occur daily throughout the world, which are both internal and external. In addition, it should be noted that thanks to successfully carried out migration processes, it is possible to achieve colossal results within the economic system of the state, with a further increase in the economic potential and attractiveness of the country, in which migration processes are very competently carried out. In our opinion, literacy, first of all, lies in solving the issue of a shortage of professional personnel by attracting foreign specialists and their further interaction with local employees in order to solve the tasks and improve the image and competitiveness of this state in the world arena. It should be noted that, despite the fact that our country is the largest in terms of territory and availability of natural resources, it often experiences an acute demographic crisis, which has been ongoing since the collapse of the USSR and is accompanied by intellectual emigration of Russian citizens to other countries. This process is often called the “brain drain” in economic literature. Thus, we can conclude that the problem of public administration of migration processes in our country is acute and is very relevant for our economic system. It is important to understand that migration processes have both a positive and negative impact on the socio-economic development of any state.
