Navigating the Digital Age: Smart AI Ethics for Seamless Transformation
The implementation of artificial intelligence in digital transformation has transformed multiple business sectors yet introduces considerable moral issues about system transparency as well as prejudice and managerial control. This paper evaluates the moral frameworks and principles which control AI development stages and deployment processes while defining proper AI implementation methods. The research evaluates practical examples of ethical AI deployment as well as the functions of organizations together with governments in maintaining AI governance standards. The establishment of fair regulations combined with public trust and business-policy-cooperation stands needed for creating ethical AI governance systems. Research demonstrates the current developments in AI regulation combined with existing ethical issues in AI application as well as the requirement to create effective policies that protect both innovation and ethical principles. The research presents recommendations for policy development together with recommendations regarding future research that will improve both AI governance and ethical digital transformation.
