Predictive Electromechanical Valve Monitoring System for Enhanced with the Implementation of Internet of Things for Remote Observation
Electromechanical Valve has been used wherever it is required for fluid flow and has to be controlled automatically. They are being utilised more and more in a wide range of plants and machinery. A valve may be chosen to perfectly suit the application at hand thanks to the range of possible designs. With respect to this advancement of technology regarding electromechanical valves, this paper will portray the most recent commonly produced solutions and technologies on electromechanical valve monitoring systems to determine the conditions of the electromechanical valve that can avoid any coil failures, identify any degradation or issues with the valve and its parts and fix them before the valve fails. Electromechanical valve monitoring is crucial to ensuring that the machinery is operating as efficiently as possible. This study reviews and presents proposed experimental works of electromechanical valve monitoring systems. It is widely used in many major and high revenue industries, from agriculture to the dynamic and technology advancement automotive manufacturing, and it plays a crucial role in keeping businesses running smoothly. An effective EMV monitoring solution is intended to enable large plantation sites, real-time analysis, and the provision of online monitoring systems based on IOT deployment, especially for the strategic area at the oil and gas industry.
