Formulation and characterization of polyherbal phytosomal nanoparticles
This research focuses on the formulating and characterizating of polyherbal phytosomal nanoparticles with Methotrexate, (MTX) and polyherbal extracts for enhanced cancer therapy. Nanoparticles were synthesized using soya lecithin and evaluated for particle size (310 nm), zeta potential (-18.3 mV), encapsulation efficiency (79.71%), FTIR compatibility, and stability. Stability studies demonstrated the formulation's robustness at room temperature for three months. The results underscore the promise of phytosomal nanoparticles in optimizing herbal-based therapeutic strategies, highlighting their potential for enhanced cancer therapy.
