FINANCING INNOVATIVE PROJECTS IN THE OIL AND GAS INDUSTRY THROUGH DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION: THE CASE OF DIGITAL TWINS

The use of digital twins in the oil and gas industry contributes to the optimization of technological processes and cost reduction but requires significant investment. This paper examines various approaches to financing innovative projects, including government programs, private investments, and partnership mechanisms. The study presents examples of Russian and international practices and proposes an algorithm for selecting financial sources based on the economic efficiency of implementing this technology.
