MODERN TRENDS IN THE MANAGEMENT OF SCIENTIFICPEDAGOGICAL PERSONNEL
The ongoing modernization of Russian higher education is extremely relevant to the role of scientific and pedagogical personnel in such processes. Today, it is impossible to carry out radical changes in higher education without the participation of their direct participants – scientific and pedagogical staff. Therefore, the emerging trends in the management of scientific and pedagogical personnel need to be analyzed especially carefully today in order to make changes more effectively.
