DIVERSIFICATION OF BUSINESS PROCESSES IN THE MILITARY-INDUSTRIAL COMPLEX THROUGH COOPERATION WITH SMALL AND MEDIUM-SIZED ENTERPRISES
The article is devoted to the analysis of the need to adapt the military-industrial complex of the Russian Federation to modern challenges of foreign economic pressure and sanctions restrictions. The issues of increasing defense capability through the diversification of production processes, the integration of small and medium-sized enterprises and the development of internal innovation resources are considered. Special attention is paid to the problems of import substitution and optimization of interaction between state-owned corporations and SMEs to ensure the production of modern products. Statistical data confirming the growth of SMEs and their potential for inclusion in production chains are presented, which contributes to increasing the technological independence and competitiveness of the domestic defense sector. The results obtained demonstrate that systemic interaction between government agencies and SMEs contributes to the introduction of innovations, cost reduction, and improvement of the country’s defense capability.
