FORMATION AND DEVELOPMENT OF DIGITAL COMPETENCIES IN THE UNIVERSITY ENVIRONMENT FOR THE TRAINING OF FUTURE SPECIALISTS

The presented article substantiates the objective need for the formation and improvement of digital competencies as a factor in increasing the competitiveness of specialists, which in turn helps strengthen the positions of Russian enterprises and organizations in the digital economy. The key components of digital competencies have been identified and systematized, as well as the basic knowledge and skills that are critically important for effective professional activity in the digital environment. The approaches to the practical implementation of digital competencies in the educational process aimed at forming a competitive profile of a university graduate are analyzed, as well as the involvement of students and teachers in the process of digital transformation of the educational environment.
