THE “GREEN” ECONOMY: PROBLEMS AND PROSPECTS

The study identified the possibility of developing a “green” economy in the Russian Federation. The article focuses on “green” investment, the measures that Russia is taking in connection with the development of this topic, the problems and prospects are considered. It is indicated that the analysis of green finance as an alternative way to diversify investor portfolios will help attract funds from both the domestic market and abroad. In conclusion, the authors conclude that the market of “green” bonds in Russia is at the stage of active formation. Despite the existence of certain problems, the growing interest of various segments of the economy and society creates favorable conditions for further development.
