ON THE ISSUE OF RESOURCE PROVISION FOR HEALTHCARE ORGANIZATIONS AND ITS IMPACT ON THE ECONOMIC PERFORMANCE OF THE REGION
The article provides a meaningful assessment of the existing approaches to the interpretation of the term «resource provision». The concept of resource provision of healthcare industry organizations is given. The dependence of factors in the chain «healthcare – human – labor productivity – production – gross regional product» is investigated, and its illustration is given on the basis of a generalized theoretical and mathematical relationship. A map of the resources of Russian healthcare organizations by federal districts has been built. The dynamics of the development of the healthcare industry in the Orenburg region for 2019-2023 is analyzed. The change in the indicator of satisfaction of the population of the Orenburg region with the quality of medical care during the study period is shown and its relationship with the gross regional product is determined. In order to organize a priority choice from alternative areas of resource provision, a methodological approach to ranking data on the objective need to purchase medical equipment through monitoring and the use of expert assessments is proposed. Based on the conducted research, the role of the healthcare industry is emphasized not only for maintaining the health of employees, but also in the context of contributing to the region’s GRP.
