Aide à l’identification des exuvies de cigales de France métropolitaine (Hemiptera, Cicadidae)

Help in identifying the exuviae of mainland France cicadas (Hemiptera, Cicadidae). This article is a contribution to the study of cicadas in mainland France, which aims to enable a specific determination using the exuviae. The collecting and preserving methods for these exuviae are described, and an illustrated identification key is proposed for the cicadas occurring in the study area, down to the genus level. The possibilities of continuing this work are given. They are conditional on the collection of abundant material, which will hopefully be encouraged by the publication of this article.
