Preparation and Stability Improvement of Intercalated Black Phosphorus Single Crystal
The intercalation of Black phosphorus (BP) was modified by liquid ultrasonic stripping and hydrothermal reaction, and LiF, LiCl, NaCl and NaF intercalation BP were successfully prepared. The effects of four kinds of intercalation agents on the stability of BP were studied, and a BP modification method with simple operation and environmental protection was provided. The results show that compared with the unmodified BP, the structure of the modified BP after intercalation does not change, and it shows excellent stability when exposed to air and aqueous solution for a long time, which significantly prolonging the service life of BP.
