CAREER GUIDANCE WORK IN TULA STATE LEV TOLSTOY PEDAGOGICAL UNIVERSITY USING THE RESOURCE BASE OF THE TECHNOPARK OF UNIVERSAL PEDAGOGICAL COMPETENCES AND THE PEDAGOGICAL TECHNOPARK "KVANTORIUM"

Within the framework of the national project "Education" Technoparks of universal pedagogical competencies and pedagogical technoparks "Kvantorium" were opened in pedagogical universities of the Russian Federation in 2021. One of the main functions of technoparks is career guidance work in psychological and pedagogical classes.This article presents the experience of the Tula State Lev Tolstoy Pedagogical University in career guidance work based on the Technopark of universal pedagogical competencies and the pedagogical technopark "Kvantorium". The difficulties and challenges of careers advising work and professional self-determination of schoolchildren are identified, the results of a survey of students in psychological and pedagogical classes are presented.
