Parents in bad faith, limited in the right to receive child support
The law provides for a mutual obligation of support between parents and children. However, this obligation is not absolute and can be limited in certain circumstances, especially for parents who have demonstrated bad faith behavior towards their children. Limiting the right to maintenance for parents of bad faith is a complex issue with valid arguments on both sides. It is important that the legislation takes into account both ethical principles and the practical and legal aspects of this issue. It is also essential to have an individualized assessment of each case, taking into account all the specific circumstances. This article analyzes the possibility of limiting the right to maintenance for parents who have demonstrated bad faith behavior towards their children throughout their lives.
