Legal tele-education and tele-medicine: looking towards the future
The impact of digitization on the processes of studies in general and legal or medical ones in particular, necessarily requires the adjustment of these processes to the adoption of new technologies, which we saw happened, somewhat forcibly, during the COVID-19 pandemic. Currently, in connection with the advancement of computer technologies, of Artificial Intelligence (AI), new questions appear with reference to the field of university studies. Questions like: within what limits is it advisable to apply artificial intelligence, what regulations should intervene in this field are increasingly common in the public space and university studies cannot ignore them. And in the field of medicine, there is a transition from traditional medicine to other forms based on new technologies, machines, forms of doctor-patient and patient-doctor telecommunication based on modern information technologies. Currently there are also some derivatives of the telemedicine system, for example the one that focuses on the scientific research segment that can help medical students in the process of professional training.
