RESEARCH WORKS OF THE KAMENSK MUSEUM OF LOCAL LORE IN THE EARLY 1920S
The paper covers the publication of local lore research materials prepared by the staff of the Kamensk Local Lore Museum in the early 1920s. The paper uses new archival data on ethnographic and archeological research in the Ob region in the first quarter of the 20th century, systematizes information on the structure and nature of the research materials, and features biographies of the researchers. The published materials show that in the 1920s the staff of the Kamensk Museum conducted long expeditions and assembled a substantial collection of ethnographic and archaeological objects, which made the museum one of the regional centers for studying the history and culture of the Upper Ob region.
