THEORETICAL AND METHODOLOGICAL FOUNDATIONS OF THE MANAGEMENT MODEL OF THE DIGITAL PLATFORM IN THE CONDITIONS OF A REFLECTIVE-ACTIVE ENVIRONMENT OF INTERACTION AND COORDINATION OF BUSINESS PROCESSES

Topicality. This scientific article presents the results of research on the formation of a management model from the standpoint of interaction and coordination of business processes based on digital platforms. Aim and tasks. The purpose of this scientific article is to substantiate the theoretical and managerial foundations of building a model of a digital platform for interaction and coordination of business processes. This goal made it possible to formulate the following tasks: to develop the theoretical and methodological foundations of the formation of a management model of a digital platform; introduce the SADT methodology and Agile methodology (flexible methodology) for greater specification of the formation of managerial influences on the digital platform; determine the elements of the open system and their implementation in the digital platform model; determine the basic components/options of the digital platform in the conditions of a reflexive and active environment of interaction and coordination of business processes; to improve the information component in the construction of a management model as a managed open system and to establish relationships with external influencing factors. Materials and methods. This study was carried out on the basis of the introduction of such methods as: analysis and synthesis, comparative method, classification and analogy, method of scientific knowledge and methods of empirical research. Data of the Statistical Service of Ukraine, materials of scientific publications and researches, own scientific developments were also used. Research results. The theoretical and methodological principles of the formation of the management model of the digital platform are determined, which consist in the reflectivity of the environment, the integration of business processes and the use of Big Data. It is recommended to implement the SADT methodology and Agile methodology (flexible methodology) for greater specification of the formation of managerial influences on the digital platform. These methodologies consist of: implementation for complex adaptive management systems, use of information and communication technologies, innovative components, use of flexible approaches in the management structure, increasing the effectiveness and efficiency of systems based on the principles of awareness, balance, acquisition of knowledge and skills. The elements of the open system (components, connections, approaches, functional structure, features, process, integrity, technology, identification, reflexive-active environment, concept, adaptation) were determined and their implementation was carried out in the digital platform model. The components/options of the digital platform were determined based on in the conditions of a reflexive and active environment of interaction and coordination of business processes, namely: purpose of the platform, its description, skills, sector of the economy (industry, niche), guarantees of the platform, offers of the platform, functional purpose. The information component in the construction of a management model as a managed open system has been improved by establishing relationships with external influencing factors and highlighting the interaction between elements (subjects, participants) of 3 types of business processes: traditional, adapted and based on a digital platform. Conclusion. A methodological approach to the formation of a management model of a digital platform of interaction and coordination of business processes is substantiated and developed, which is built on the basis of the integration of business processes and the use of Big Data and with the help of types of connections between elements and subjects in the context of such business processes, as: traditional, adapted and based on digital platforms. The development of the main components (options) of the digital platform for interaction and coordination of business processes has been improved (purpose of the platform, description, skills, economic sector (industry, niche), platform guarantees, platform offers, functional purpose), which allows business representatives to create flexible, effective and adapted business processes, in order to promote their competitiveness. The definition of the essence of the SADT methodology and the flexible Agile methodology, which are applied to complex adaptive digital platform management systems - as an open system with the definition of components based on innovation and the use of information and communication technologies - was further developed.

Abstract
