Research on Vibration Transmission Characteristics of Oil-immersed Iron-core Reactor based on Energy Power Flow
Given that the external vibration response of equipment reflects critical information about its mechanical state, understanding the sources and transmission mechanisms of vibration is essential for mechanical diagnostics and equipment monitoring. However, the quantification of vibration transmission remains underexplored due to inherent complexities. This study employs a multi-physics coupling model, incorporating solid mechanics and acoustic simulations, to investigate the vibration transmission characteristics of a singlephase reactor under various vibration sources, transmission media, and mechanical defect conditions. The results reveal that Maxwell force is the dominant vibration source, forming composite vibration modes when coupled with others. Vibration power flow through liquid media is relatively uniform, while that through solid media exhibits higher concentration. Core loosening defects significantly amplify imbalances in vibration energy transmission. This study lays a theoretical foundation for advancing reactor vibration analysis, optimizing mechanical design, and enhancing vibration monitoring technologies.
