Analysis of Electric Vehicle Charging Planning and Charging Behavior Based on Spatio-Temporal Prediction - A Case Study of a Region in Jining City

Aiming at the problem of the surge in the number of electric vehicles and electricity demand in Jining City, this paper proposes a charging station planning model based on spatiotemporal prediction. By integrating road network, power grid and vehicle data, the interaction model of traffic network and power distribution network is constructed, Monte Carlo model, Dijkstra algorithm and other methods are used to simulate the behavior of EV travel and charging, and the layout and service range of charging stations are optimized by combining Voronoi diagram and particle swarm algorithm. The results show that the model can effectively simulate the spatial and temporal distribution law of electric vehicle traveling and charging, and provide reference for the charging station planning of power grid enterprises.
