Analysis of mobile energy storage to improve the resilience of distribution network for large-scale outage events
In recent years, the frequent occurrence of extreme weather and natural disasters around the world has easily caused large-scale power outages, posing great challenges to the safe and stable operation of urban power grids, and seriously threatening social production and construction as well as the safety of people’s lives and property. The absence of source network under the influence of extreme natural disasters is an important problem that affects the “resilience” of power grid. At present, in the application scenarios of rapid post-disaster power recovery in China, there are difficulties in power construction and transportation, high cost, and long cycle, which make it difficult to quickly achieve power construction and provide stable and highquality power supply for post-disaster loads. For large-scale power outages, the support mode of pre-disaster, post-disaster and power grid reconstruction is constructed, the rapid support response scheme of mobile energy storage in the case of large-scale power outages is analyzed, and the overall architecture, data requirements and operation strategies of post-disaster power resource scheduling platforms such as mobile energy storage vehicles are extracted. Finally, the proposed optimal distribution network reconstruction strategy based on mobile energy storage vehicles is verified in the laboratory and the demonstration application field in Jiaxing, Zhejiang. the results show that the method of reconfiguration combined with mobile energy storage vehicles is conducive to improving the load resilience and toughness of the distribution network after power outage. The research results of this paper have important backup significance for ensuring the safe and reliable operation of power grid and improving the emergency response ability of power grid.
