Design of a three-phase asynchronous motor speed control system based on infrared communication for remote control
To further enhance the stepless speed regulation performance of electric motors, improve production efficiency, increase safety, and achieve remote control. A design scheme for a three-phase asynchronous motor speed control system based on infrared light communication for remote control has been proposed. Using HT32F1765 as the control core, using the Variable frequency and variable voltage mode of the SPWM wave to realize constant torque speed control and infrared communication transmission transmitting SPWM signal, and realizing the regulating full digital control of the three-phase asynchronous motor stepless speed. First analysis the motor control theory and according to the PFM square wave frequency modulation theory, propose infrared communication mode, and the generation of SPWM wave, the control mode of variable frequency and variable voltage and the waveform of 6 phase processing are analyzed in theory and make the program design. Final, the experiments show the feasibility of the scheme.
