Distribution Network Flexible Resource Optimization Scheduling Method Based on Technical and Economic Feasible Area Aggregation

With the advancement of new power systems, diverse distributed resources in distribution networks offer significant flexibility, facilitating the transition to cleaner, lowcarbon, and more adaptable distribution grids. Effectively aggregating and disaggregating these heterogeneous flexibility resources is crucial for achieving optimal grid dispatch and promoting the efficient local consumption of distributed photovoltaic energy. This study proposes an optimization scheduling method for flexible resources based on the aggregation of technical and economic feasible area. We introduce a model utilizing the minimum enclosing circle to provide critical aggregation information necessary for the optimal scheduling of flexible resources. Additionally, we present a multi-objective disaggregation optimization scheduling method that balances local photovoltaic consumption, operational costs, and system network losses. This disaggregation scheme is designed to meet the diverse demands of flexible resources. The proposed method is validated through comprehensive case studies, demonstrating its effectiveness in optimizing the spatial and temporal distribution of various operational currents of flexible resources. This approach alleviates issues related to longdistance photovoltaic consumption and reduces network losses, ultimately achieving optimal operation of flexible resource disaggregation while enhancing local consumption of distributed photovoltaic within distribution networks.
