Incremental Benefit Allocation Model for Multi-Power Outbound Transmission Based on Improved Shapley Values

With the implementation of the ‘dual carbon’ policy, the proportion of clean energy in the power systemconnected to the grid has increased significantly. At present, there are problems with the distribution of the benefits of bundling power generation from multiple types of power sources, and it is not possible to accurately distribute the benefits gained by each type of power generator in the bundling and sale of power. Therefore, based on the improved Shapley value method, this paper proposes a wind, water, fire, and storage bundled transmission incremental benefit allocation model to reasonably allocate the internal revenue of the consortium, and conducts measurement and analysis.
