Research on charging price decision of PV-storage-charging integrated charging station

With the introduction of the “dual carbon” goal, electric vehicle adoption in China has grown rapidly. However, the disorderly charging behavior of electric vehicle users can lead to frequent congestion at certain stations, causing long wait times, while other stations remain underutilized. Based on this, a dynamic pricing decision model for PV-storage-charging integrated charging station, incorporating the gravity function, is proposed. First, the gravity function of charging stations is established to characterize their attractiveness to users. Furthermore, a dynamic pricing decision model for charging stations considering the gravity function is constructed, aiming to influence the gravity of charging stations through differentiated charging prices, thereby guiding electric vehicles from crowded charging stations to more relaxed charging stations. Finally, case examples are used to analyze the effectiveness of this pricing method in alleviating congestion at stations and increasing their profits.
