Reconfiguration of Distribution Network Considering benefits of Distribution Network Operators and DG Aggregator
Distribution network reconfiguration contributes to not only decrease the operation cost, but also reduce the curtailment of renewable resource, as well as improve the systematical operation reliability. Considering renewable consumption and reliability improvement, here proposes a dynamic reconfiguration of distribution Network considering benefits of Distribution Network Operators(DNO) and Distributed Generation Aggregator(DGA) through multiobjective optimization. Considering the requirements of DNO and DGA, multiobjective formulations with equal and unequal constraints are constructed from the economics and technique. The improved meme algorithm is presented to solve the proposed multiobjective formulas. Numerical simulations in modified IEEE 69-bus demonstrates the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed method.
