Analysis of Production Energy Consumption Based on Data Mining
With the increasing concern for the environment, reducing energy consumption is of crucial significance for environmental protection and sustainable development. The dual-carbon policy has presented both significant challenges and valuable opportunities to the tire industry. Promoting the reduction of energy consumption through scientific management has become a critical issue for enterprises. Electricity and steam are the primary energy sources consumed by tire manufacturing enterprises. This paper conducted an in-depth analysis of the annual production data of an enterprise in 2023 to investigate the principal types of energy consumption in different processes and their influencing factors. Additionally, we explored the potential correlation relationships within the data through correlation analysis, regression analysis, and other methodologies, thereby providing the functional equations and error analysis. It is found that electricity consumption mainly depends on production, while steam consumption is closely related to production and external temperature. When the production is relatively stable, the predicted energy consumption value is close to the actual value, but when the production changes significantly, the deviation between the predicted value and the actual value is large.
