Simulation analysis of primary frequency modulation parameters optimization of PWR nuclear power unit
nuclear power plant(NPP) model for power system simulation is established, which includes reactor core system(RCS) and thermodynamic system model, steam turbine model and speed governing system model. Based on the NPP dynamic model, the response characteristics of nuclear power unit core system under different primary frequency modulation parameters are analyzed with difference frequency regulation dead band, limit value and difference coefficients parameters. Based on the transient energy function, the influence of frequency regulation parameters, such as dead band, amplitude limit and the difference coefficient, on the stability of the power grid is analyzed quantitatively. Considering the requirements of nuclear power plant safety and grid stability, an optimization scheme of primary frequency regulation parameters of nuclear power unit is proposed.
