Building the Self Adaptation Scale for Students of the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences at Tekret University

The study aimed to identify the effect of a special training program in agility on developing some skill and physical variables among players of Durrat Karbala Tennis Academy under 18 years old, where the researcher used the experimental method due to its suitability to the nature of the research and its procedures by using the experimental design with pre- and post-measurement for two groups, one experimental and the other control. The research community represented the players of the Durrat Karbala Tennis Academy under the age of 18 years, numbering (50) players. The research sample was chosen intentionally (25) players, who were distributed into (20) players for the main experiment, and (5) players for the exploratory experiment. The researcher concluded in light of his study that there are statistically significant differences between the two dimensional measurements of the control and experimental groups in the physical variables (agility, transitional speed, reaction time, static balance, coordination) and the foot movement test in favor of the experimental group.
