The effect of special exercises for different groups in developing the performance endurance under 20 years of football players

Aimed to identify the effect of training for different groups in developing the performance endurance of youth soccer players and to identify which groups are better than others with training for different groups in developing the performance endurance of youth soccer players. I am experimenting with experimental use, and the research communities may be determined. With Karbala club players in the youth category, the researcher chose a random lottery and selected three clubs (Shabab - Al-Jamahir - Al-Ghadeer), after which (10) players from each specific club were chosen randomly only. The research concluded that there is a positive effect on the trainees of different groups in developing performance endurance. For young players, the first experimental group made progress over the rest of the groups, and the study stressed the interest in special training and different groups by football coaches because of their importance in developing the performance endurance of the players.
