The 5-HT1<sub>A</sub>R agonist alleviates postoperative chronic pain induced by SD in adolescent mice by inhibiting the CaMKⅡ-ERK-CREB signaling pathway, thereby correcting the E/I imbalance in the spinal dorsal horn.
