The structure of a socio-psychological adaptation program for prospective educators in the context of integration into the all-Russian educational space

The aim of this study is to determine the structure for implementing a socio-psychological adaptation program for prospective educators in the context of integrating historical regions into the all-Russian educational space. The article examines the specific features of the structure of the socio-psychological adaptation program for future pedagogical personnel and presents a thematic plan of the program’s sessions. The scientific novelty of this research lies in the identification of the characteristics of the preparatory, main, and concluding stages of implementing the author’s program, as well as the program’s structure and content according to each stage. The study establishes that the socio-psychological adaptation of future educators in the context of integration with the requirements of the all-Russian educational space possesses its own specific characteristics. Primarily, this involves a deliberate, systematic process of interaction between students and proponents of a new pedagogical culture, leading to an understanding of the traditional spiritual and moral values of Russian society, and the acceptance of the pivotal role of the pedagogical worker in their future professional activity.
