Hypertext, multitasking, and clip thinking in the context of value-worldview analysis in the system of the spiritual life of society

The study aims to identify the nature of the relationship between multitasking and clip thinking, which develop in the spiritual world of a person living in the digital reality, and hypertext, as the most important phenomenon of the Internet environment, in the context of their existence and development being determined by the value-based worldview structures of the individual within the system of the spiritual life of society. The article examines the specifics of hypertext, multitasking, and clip thinking as ideal phenomena, shows the relationship of these phenomena in the system of spiritual life, and defines the role of worldview in the process of their existence and interaction. The scientific novelty of the study lies in the philosophical analysis of the influence of hypertext on the Internet on such characteristics of the spiritual life of a person in the digital world as multitasking and clip thinking in the context of their dependence on the structures of worldview. Hypertext promotes the development of a tendency for the subject to form multitasking as a worldview quality and clip thinking as a characteristic of cognitive processes. As a result of the study, it was found that hypertextuality, multitasking, and clip thinking correspond to each other in the system of the spiritual sphere. Hypertext directly contributes to the development of clip thinking and indirectly to the formation of multitasking, which, in turn, justifies and supports both clip thinking and the hypertextual nature of the digital environment. Clip thinking contributes to the formation of a less holistic worldview, in which multitasking is seen as an acceptable principle. Hypertextuality, multitasking, and clip thinking manifest themselves as negative trends only if the value-worldview sphere of a person is insufficiently developed. A stable worldview allows a person to use clip thinking and multitasking to achieve their goals.
