Upaya Peningkatan Produktivitas Dengan Metode Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) dan Six Big Losses Pada Mesin Draw Off Unit PT. XYZ

This study aims to increase productivity with the Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) method on the Draw Off Unit machine at PT XYZ, which will produce an OEE value, which category has the most dominant influence from the six big losses on the OEE value and provide suggestions for improvements from the most dominant category of the Six big losses on the OEE value. The first stage in the study was to measure the level of effectiveness of the use of the Draw Off Unit machine at PT XYZ using the Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) method which was then continued with the calculation of the OEE six big losses to determine the amount of efficiency lost in each factor of the six big losses. The results of the study showed that the value of the Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) on the Draw Off Unit machine at PT XYZ was 89.28%. The factors that influenced the Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) value on the Draw Off Unit machine at PT XYZ during the period June - November 2023 and were the main priority to be eliminated by the company were the Equipment Failures and idling Minor stop pages factors.
